We are open 18 hours a day, every day. We believe we are the friendliest battery website on Earth.

We strive to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction and top quality brand products from Maxell, Panasonic, Sanyo, Energizer, Duracell, Sony, Empire Scientific, Synergy Digital and many others. We sell only fresh, new, sealed, date coded products when marked by the factory. Anytime you feel we can serve you better, do not hesitate to send us an e-mail.

There are no refurbished or used batteries sold by reputable merchants. Counterfeit, old and end-of-life-cycle merchandise is dumped at low prices by some vendors on auction sites and clearance venues: caveat emptor! Batteries can be risky, (the battery industry pays millions for out of court settlements and hush money over exploding camera batteries and fire balls of laptops) just don't take the chance to save a few pennies.

Please read this section prior to purchasing from batteryBob.com and refer to this area on subsequent visits for the latest changes. Our sales terms are subject to change without notice. The seller controls all terms of sale at all times. Typo errors in pricing and product descriptions do occur. We will refund any transaction with a pricing error.

Please mention your order number when communicating with us. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. Battery and product specifications can change overnight by the factory without warning and our web site may not have up-to-the-minute facts. We are not responsible if the factory changes their specifications on the product. Confirm with us any mission critical data you require before ordering.


Pricing

You can see your order total with shipping costs by starting the checkout process. Your order is not complete until you enter payment information and finalize your transaction.

You will find some of our prices are shockingly low. Do not let this concern you as we only sell the freshest and newest of batteries. Our mass volume purchasing allows us to pass the savings on to you. We have over 10 million batteries available in various Miami warehouses, the largest inventory of watch batteries in North America. We are not responsible for typo pricing errors and will not accept any order with a pricing error.


Insurance, Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship every day of the week including Saturday and Sunday because our Miami USPS management has mail centers open for our package drop offs. Shipping is stopped on USPS holidays. We ship several times each day with our trucks taking packages to the USPS mail centers in the morning and afternoon to be on the AM and PM USPS trucks picking up mail.

Insurance will be automatically charged on orders of $20.00 or more. Please see our insurance rate table. We do not profit from insurance, handling or shipping. The USPS charges $1.60 and we discount that to $1.17 average. If the USPS loses, destroys or the shipment is stolen you get immediate replacement by notifying us by email; you fill out no paperwork. Your risk is eliminated with this insurance fee.

Free shipping and special promotions with free shipping are limited to USA destinations only. Canadian customers will be notified about the shipping up-charge adjustment prior to shipping. Overseas order paid by PayPal have to include the payment for the PayPal fees.

Everything we sell is FOB our warehouse, 33176. You own the product when it leaves our warehouse.

If you do not wish to protect and insure your order, please do not place the order. We are happy to offer free USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class delivery anywhere in the continental United States for most, but not all, lightweight items.

Typical USPS delivery time is 4 - 14 business days. Actual times vary. If you need faster delivery, simply select USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air, etc. at checkout. you will pay for it.

Most of the items we carry are in stock and will ship on the same day you place your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next regular business day. We ship on Saturdays USPS. USPS may take up to two weeks before initiating a search for a "lost" package.

We do not make "back-end" money off shipping costs. Visit the USPS and UPS web sites and review charges for comparison to ours and out, compare them to other web sellers. Verify and trust.

If an item on your order is out of stock, we will personally notify you and we will ship an equal or better battery the same size and at the same price.

UPS automatically insures all shipments up to $100, that's one reason why businesses choose UPS. Insurance above $100 and up is available at a nominal rate. UPS has a terrific package tracking system. They are the preferred choice but more expensive than USPS for small orders. We use the new USPS SCAN (Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notification) system on our Delivery Confirmation shipments. You will be able to use that number on the USPS web site and usually see your package was given to the care, custody and control of the USPS. The previous method only showed a vague message that the USPS was electronically notified your package would be shipped.

SLA Batteries: Please examine the batteries in your unit before ordering. If the wrong battery is ordered, you will be charged for the return freight cost and new shipping costs to have the correct battery delivered. Their hefty weight could lead to a costly mistake. Please take extra time and care in select extra careful.ng the correct battery.


Free Shipping Policy

We ship on weekends. We ship until 5:45 PM EST M-F and Saturday 7 AM - Noon. All the carriers are closed office hours on Sunday but we are preparing shipments all day. To obtain "Free Shipping" on your order, all items in the cart must be those eligible for free shipping. If your order contains items eligible for free shipping combined with non-free shipping items, you will be billed the shipping cost of the entire order. In almost all cases, the items eligible for free shipping will not adversely affect the shipping charge. If you wish, you may also place separate orders for both. Separate orders may be shipped combined or in separate packages with same or different carriers. Factory warehouses ship some items directly to our customers. Your order may be fulfilled by more than one shipment.

"Free Shipping" applies to USA shipments only. There may be extra charges for international shipments.


Security Guarantee

Online shopping is secured by our GoDaddy and Comodo 1024 bit secure server SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology which encrypts all of the information that you provide, ensuring that your transactions are not viewed by a third party. Every purchase you make is backed by Comodo's $10,000 identity assurance. Rest assured that any information you provide to us is kept in the strictest of confidence. We will never sell, lease or share information about our customers unless instructed to do by a federal court order. State and Federal Law protect your transactions. Only the type of card and the last four numbers are in our records.


Claims, Returns and Warranty

All returns require a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Email or call for the number. Items sent back without a RMA will not be credited. Please don't return items without our prior authorization. Without the RMA number marked on the outside of the package the shipment will be refused. All claims for lost shipments, damaged shipments, wrong items shipped, wrong quantity of items shipped, or defective items must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any single item removed from original packaging may not be returned unless the product is defective; this is for the entire package. We test and inspect all returned products.

Defective products will be replaced immediately. Shipment errors will be corrected immediately at our expense. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any returns, this includes items under warranty that are returned. We will pay to ship the new products back to you. If you ordered the wrong product you have to pay to ship them back for refund consideration. There will be a 20% inspection and handling fee charged for any return.

Please do not open any packages you intend to return for refund or exchange for another item. Items that cannot be resold in original packaging, packaging that has been torn open or taped will not be accepted. Warranty excludes damage due to customer neglect, misuse, damage or improper charging. Check your device to make sure it is working properly before you blame the battery!

Your credit card may have either "Robert Parker Associates, Inc." or "batteryBob.com" appear as the payee.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
Purchase Orders from civic agencies & governmental units with prior approval are accepted.

Your money order, cashiers check, personal or company check are welcome.
To expedite your order, you may send a cashiers check or money order and your order will be shipped immediately.

Please enclose a copy of your order with your Check.
Returned checks have a $30.00 fee.

We accept PayPal for orders of $10.00 and above. Please note that this payment option will not be displayed when the order total falls below $10.00.
